Troubleshooting Printing Tickets

You can see a picture of what a ticket should look like here.

If you are having trouble printing your tickets but you've still got your confirmation email then we suggest that you try opening the link provided in another web browser - the browsers tested and known to work properly are: Internet Explorer 7 & 8, Mozilla Firefox 3.6, Google Chrome, Safari and Opera 10.

If you no longer have the confirmation email but have a record of the Transaction ID and the Festival Ticket Code then enter the information below and click Reprint to retrieve and reprint your ticket

Transaction ID:

Please note that this is the Transaction ID from our Confirmation Email - not one you might receive in a PayPal receipt email

Festival Ticket Code:

If neither of the above steps enables you to print a ticket then please send us an email - preferably a copy of the confirmation email containing the details of your purchase - and we will then send you back a PDF file containing your ticket. If you do not have the confirmation email then send us as many details as you can of your purchase - e.g. the number and type of tickets, your name and address and postcode, the date and approximate time when you made the purchase, the email address used for the purchase and whether you paid by PayPal account or Credit/debit card.

Please tell us why you had difficulty printing the e-ticket and details of which operating system and browser you were using.

The email address to use is: etickets[at]worcesterbeerfest[dot]org[dot]uk
