Support the Festival....Want to get involved in one of the biggest public events in the region? Want to reach over 11,000 like-minded people over three summer days? This could be the business opportunity you have been waiting for...Since 1999, when a handful of dedicated (or mad?) souls said "let's give it a go", the Worcester CAMRA Beer, Cider and Perry Festival has now become the largest event of its type in the West Midlands and comfortably sits within the top ten CAMRA festivals in the whole of the UK. In 2012 we again have pleasure in offering a number of attractively priced sponsorship packages, available equally to businesses and individuals. Sponsorship Package Prices and Details for 2012 are "To Be Determined"Base package (£TBD)
Glasses package (£TBD)Base package plus: approx. 10,000 2012 Festival glasses will have the sponsor's name/logo on them. Every Festival visitor will be given a Festival glass to take home. Any glasses left at the end of the Festival will be provided to CAMRA HQ for use at other festivals around the country. Plus eighteen additional Festival tickets. Beer Mat Sponsorship (£TBD)Base package plus: 20,000 beer mats advertising the Festival will be distributed, in June 2012, around pubs in Worcestershire and adjacent counties plus at other beer festivals around the country. The beer mats will have the words "Sponsored by {sponsor name}" on them. Plus eight additional Festival tickets. Due to print deadlines, this package must be completed by 30th April. T-Shirts package (£TBD)Base package plus: All the staff t-shirts and Festival t-shirts on sale to the public will have the sponsor's details incorporated into the design. Plus five additional complimentary Festival tickets. CAMRA Membership Stand package (£TBD)Base package plus: The sponsor will have their additional banner and paraphernalia around the CAMRA membership stand. Plus four additional Festival tickets. Day packages (£TBD)Base package plus: up to six sponsor-provided banners displayed around the Festival arena; regular promotional announcements via the public address system (for the chosen day only); two additional complimentary tickets for Thursday, four for Friday and Saturday packages. Entertainment package (£TBD)Base package plus: up to four sponsor-provided banners displayed in the Festival's entertainment marquee; three additional complimentary Festival tickets for any session. E-Ticket Sponsorship (£TBD)Base package plus: Each Advance Ticket sold on the Festival Website and printed off by the customer at home will have "Sponsored by {sponsor name}" and the sponsor's logo prominently displayed on it. Plus two additional Festival tickets. Beer/cider package (£TBD)Base package plus: one sponsor-provided banner (max 3m by 0.6m per bay - if more than one adjacent bay is sponsored then a longer banner can be used) displayed prominently on the beer or cider bar (if available sponsor can choose which bay their banner will cover); one additional complimentary Festival ticket for any session. Tombola package (£TBD)Base package plus: one sponsor-provided banner displayed at the Tombola stall; one additional complimentary Festival ticket for any session.
