Branch Map

Worcester Branch of CAMRA covers most of Southern Worcestershire, centered on the City of Worcester and stretching from Tenbury Wells in the North West to Eldersfield (near Tewkesbury) in the South, and to the borders of Evesham in the East.
The Western boundary runs roughly along the Malvern Hills.
Our neighbours to the North are the Redditch and Bromsgrove Branch and the Kidderminster sub-branch, and to the South, the Gloucestershire Branch.
To the West are the Herefordshire Branch and to the East, the Shakespeare Branch which looks after Evesham.

For further details, check out the CAMRA Near You - West Midlands and South West - sections of the National web site.

To check out our borders, download a map of the Branch area...........warning, file size is around 500K!!

Good Beer Guide

The Branch database lists over 300 pubs within the area and one of our important annual jobs is the selection of the best of these (up to 24) for entry into the national CAMRA Good Beer Guide which is published (at a significant discount to members) in October of each year. Help with this arduous but important task is always appreciated!

The Branch usually meets on the second and fourth Tuesday (or sometimes Wednesday) in each month in pubs throughout the Branch area. (see the Branch Diary for details)
The second Tuesday is usually the monthly local section meeting where campaign issues and forthcoming events are discussed.
The fourth Tuesday is a social meeting and is the time for special events such as the presentation of the Branch's annual "Pub of the Year" award.

As is the case with many CAMRA branches, we host our own beer festival each year.

We're always pleased to see fresh faces at our meetings and will give a warm welcome (and a free pint of beer) to all newcomers. Besides regular meetings, the Branch organises a number of trips to breweries and beer festivals throughout the year plus joint socials with its neighbouring branches.
